Founder

Leslie Nesbitt is an internationally recognized skincare expert with over 20 years of leadership in the medical and professional skincare industry. A skincare chemist and executive innovator in advanced medical aesthetics in New York City, she is known for delivering clinically driven results supported by deep scientific knowledge and precision. She operates a highly successful medical spa with an exceptional track record, earning a reputation for excellence, discretion, and transformative care.

As founder of I Love Skin, a nonprofit advancing equality in skincare, and the visionary behind Straberi Pro and Straberi, Leslie has built brands that bridge medical expertise with global accessibility. Her work serves both the professional medical community and mainstream skincare markets. She brings executive leadership, compassion, and cutting edge clinical insight to Universal Skincare Institute Antigua, setting a global standard for education and modern skincare practice.

Dr. Steven Wong MD

Chief of Medicine

Dr. Steven Wong, MD serves as Chief of Medicine at Universal Skincare Institute Antigua and is internationally recognized as one of New York City’s top specialists in non surgical injectables. With over 20 years of experience in advanced aesthetic medicine, he is celebrated for his artistry, precision, and bespoke approach to facial rejuvenation. Dr. Wong has treated high profile clients and celebrities worldwide, earning a global reputation for natural, refined results and elite clinical standards.

Board certified and trained at Albany Medical College, Dr. Wong combines rigorous medical science with a holistic understanding of patient care. The Honourable Chet Greene (E.P. Chet Greene) is a distinguished national leader serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Barbuda Affairs and a senior member of Parliament representing the constituency of St. Paul. Cindy Young serves as Chief of Marketing at Universal Skincare Institute Antigua and is a driving force behind the institution’s strategic growth and public presence. She holds both a BFA and MFA from Parsons School of Design, bringing a rigorous foundation in fine arts, design, and visual communication to her leadership.

Cindy leads nationwide marketing for Straberi Pro and Straberi, shaping campaigns that connect professional skincare with broad audiences. An entrepreneur and consultant in branding, product development, and real estate projects, she has extensive experience working with boutique hotels and development initiatives, translating strong design into measurable business impact.

At USI Antigua, Cindy shapes the institute’s marketing direction, building a clear and modern identity that supports education, innovation, and institutional excellence.
